The material becomes an interactive course and test questions. The trainer reviews and approves before anything is published — nothing publishes itself, ever.
Employees take the site-specific course
The same course, but the text matches their building: assembly point, on-site security staff, evacuation plan.
Passing issues a certificate
75% pass threshold, retakes allowed. The certificate carries a validity period.
Why not a classroom
Recurring in-person training means travel and juggling everyone's schedule. Online training does the same job without either — everyone completes it on their own time.
